Identifying People with Convictions

Learning Outcomes

  1. To understand the range of offence types, court disposals and reoffending rates in England and Wales, and how to handle international convictions.
  2. To understand your responsibility around assessing risk, handling and storing data and responding appropriately, when someone discloses their criminal conviction to you.
